I (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject"), provide Agreement to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") on the conditions set forth below.

Giving the Agreement is putting a corresponding checkmark on consent to the terms of this Agreement while registering on the information resource of Neva Logistic Company LLC, (legal address: 190000, St. Petersburg, Galernaya St., house No. 20-22, lit. A, TIN 7838476665, OGRN 1127847326617) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
Acting freely, in line with my will and in my interest, as well as confirming my legal capacity, the Subject gives consent to the Operator and his authorized representatives to process his personal data in accordance with the following conditions:

1. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of the Subject, which are not special or biometric: email address; other information provided to the Operator about the Subject, incl. according by the standard forms and the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Operator, as well as information about the IP address and cookies, etc., obtained by the Operator through the passive collection of personal data and the use of third-party Internet services by the Operator.

2. The processing of personal data by the Operator means an action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (providing, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

3. The Operator can use industry-wide cookie technology. A cookie is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the computer used by the Subject, allowing the Operator to store the personal settings and preferences of the Subject, as well as collect non-personal information.

4. For the obligations fulfillment to the Subject, the Operator can transfer the Subject's personal data to third parties - sub-executors indicated on the Operator's information resource.

5. The Subject gives his consent to the personal data processing for the following purposes: services providing by the Operator upon Subject's request; ensuring interaction between the Subject and the Operator for services providing by the Operator upon Subject's request; ensuring the execution of normative and non-normative legal acts, as well as decisions, orders and requests by state authorities and persons acting on behalf of or on behalf of such authorities; putting records about the Subject in the Operator's systems.

6. The subject has the right to send a request to the Operator for clarification of his personal data, a request for blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate.

7. The Operator processes the Subject's personal data in line with applicable law and adopted local regulations.

8. The Operator takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Subject's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

9. Consent can be withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject or his representative by sending a written application to the Operator at the address: 190000, St. Petersburg, Galernaya st., house No. 20-22, lit. A. Consent can be withdrawn not less than 10 days before the expected date of termination of data processing by the Operator.

10. If the Subject or his representative revokes Consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27 .2006

11. By this Consent, the Subject confirms that his age is over 18 years.

12. This Consent is valid all the time till the personal data processing termination in line with paragraphs 6 and 9 of this Consent.
